Jack Vance
Jack Vance, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Data and Activation at IPG Health and SOLVE(D), an IPG Health company, has built a reputation for utilizing data science and marketing technology to enhance business strategies and yield transformative outcomes for clients. With an impressive track record spanning over two decades, he has consistently demonstrated innovative thinking and a strategic approach to address complex marketing challenges. In his current role, Jack leads IPG Health's and SOLVE(D)’s dedicated data analysts and marketing professionals, providing data-centric marketing solutions for clients globally. He is instrumental in building and refining the data activation functions across IPG Health’s agencies, fostering a culture of innovation and empowering team members to reach their full potential. Prior to his tenure at IPG Health and SOLVE(D), Jack held key leadership positions in well-known organizations, notably as the Senior Vice President of Omnichannel Services at WebMD, where he championed the integration of omnichannel marketing strategies within the CRM and Marketing Technology division. Before WebMD, he served as VP of Digital Strategy & Marketing Technology at Healthgrades. There, Jack played a pivotal role in digitizing marketing strategies and enhancing the company's digital marketing landscape. Earlier, at Ketchum, as the VP of Marketing Science and Analytics, he significantly contributed to the company's growth through data analytics and marketing science. Jack is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, and holds a master’s degree in financial mathematics from North Carolina State University.
Benjamin Assor
Benjamin Assor, Head of Media for SOLVE(D), an IPG Health Company, has been a part of the IPG family for more than 15 years, spending a majority of his tenure guiding integrated DTC and HCP media planning and activation for some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, including Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, and Teva, among many others. He has deep experience in a wide range of therapeutic categories, including leading brands in cardiovascular, immunology, dermatology, neurology, oncology, and mental health categories from pre-launch through end-of-life cycle. Ben has a strong passion for maximizing the use of data to fuel planning, and has led the charge to overhaul the media reporting and analytics for several of his clients. He also serves as an industry advisor to the Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA), where he is working to instill stronger campaign auditing and reporting standards and practices across the medium. Ben is a graduate of Lehigh University with a B.S. in Marketing, and earned his MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a concentration in Marketing & Strategy.
Selamawit Gilagaber
Selamawit Gilagaber, Head of Data & Analytics for SOLVE(D), an IPG Health company, leads a dynamic and multi-faceted team dedicated to refining content and creative approaches, enhancing audience targeting, and optimizing media strategies through data and technology. With over two decades of extensive analytical and leadership experience across Pharma, Retail/e-commerce, and CPG, Selamawit has honed her expertise in extracting strategic insights and harnessing data and cutting-edge technologies to drive tangible results for clients like Nespresso, Macy’s, Urban Outfitters, as well as the top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining SOLVE(D), Selamawit served as EVP of Business Insights at CMI Media Group, a WPP company, where she managed a team focused on driving impactful data, technology, analysis, and strategic recommendations. During her tenure, Selamawit played a critical role in guiding CMI Media Group in creating the industry’s first solution offering the ability to integrate HCP and DTC audience selection, planning and analysis. Throughout her career, Selamawit has accumulated extensive experience across a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas, ranging from niche rare diseases to expansive vaccine therapies, across both DTC and HCP audiences. Selamawit is a graduate of Kenyon College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Colin Harewood, Jr.
As EVP, Head of Operations and Investment for SOLVE(D), an IPG Health company, Colin Harewood, Jr. oversees the holistic operations and investment approaches that set a clear vision for the agency to deliver on a cohesive and consistent go-to market strategy through the lens of best-in-class processes and procedures. Colin came to SOLVE(D) from his role as VP Group Director of Business Operations managing Proctor & Gamble’s Client and Financial Operations. There, he was instrumental in winning, transitioning, and growing P&G’s portfolio of business. Colin oversaw and managed over $1.5B dollars of media through the development of custom playbooks and protocols, enabling a seamless flow of media development from Strategy Planning to Proof of Performance. The establishment of effective operational principles brought a solid foundation and overall sustainability to P&G’s day-to-day business. Prior to P&G, Colin led the Global Strategy & Business Operations Team for MasterCard, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and coordination across markets. Colin is a media specialist with 17+ years of diverse and extensive experience in traditional and non-traditional communications. Performing in various roles on the agency side, he has transformed the operating practices of several clients, both domestic and international. His core strengths are simplifying the complex while bridging knowledge and communication gaps. Colin is a proponent across the entire agency for thinking differently about how we service our clients. Colin is a State University of New York (SUNY) Buffalo alumnus.
Michael LeBrocq
Currently working as Managing Director, Europe for SOLVE(D), an IPG Health company, Michael LeBrocq has worked in healthcare communications for more than 25 years. As a pharmaceutical marketer for Pfizer, Novartis, and Stiefel, as part of several successful healthcare start-ups, and as a planner and strategist for global advertising agencies, he has contributed to and led the development of integrated campaigns across almost every therapeutic area and disease state at the country, regional, and global levels. Today, Michael leads a multidisciplinary team across Europe including data analysts, data scientists, behavioral scientists, media strategists, and digital transformation advisors addressing the pressing need for effective, measurable omnichannel marketing campaigns in healthcare. To accomplish their goals, Michael and his team demonstrate a deep level of empathy with key healthcare audiences including doctors, other healthcare professionals, patients, and their friends and family. This empathy is made possible by mobilizing advanced data analytics and behavioral science, so that they truly understand clients’ customers and are able to achieve the omnichannel goal of right content, right channel, right person, right time.
